Can someone answer this question, my mom is very ill and I wanted to look up her deed to make sure she was the only one that own the house, so when I did a search on the property this is what it said, can someone explain to me what this means.
FROM ASSESSMENT ROLL: Doe, Jane Tr, Doe Trust and then address, then on the right side it has MOST RECENT SALE: It has my step father name, My question is what does that mean and does he own the house now?
